Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully pack the device in its original packaging, including all sensors, cables, and instruction manuals to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
